The universal record strips away traditional formatting silos to display work to be done as just that without all the proprietary guff. All records in The Place use the same Universal Record.

Pressing Our Buttons

The Universal record has loads of buttons so you can work your way.

General Buttons

Hit the Timeline View to see the back and forth that relates to the record be it email thread, edits, or reallocations of who is doing it.
Where- move the record between your inbox, your To-Do List and your Archive.
Change When you intend to Do it.
Update the related Outcome
Press Play and listen to our AI Charlie read it to you, great for consuming emails or proof reading a draft.
Add stylised formatting to your text, as well as dot points, checkboxes and numbers lists.
Download Attachments
Get more or less space with the Maximize/minimize button.
Delete all record of the thing.

Email Buttons

Reply, Reply All And Forwarding emails-
- Dictating emails by clicking the record button and pressing pause when you are done.
- Get AI to draft agreeable or disagreeable drafts for you.
- Get AI to spruce up your writing with the Improve button (either more professional, more casual or just clean up the typos and keep my style).
