Find Feature Spotlight

Overview

• Find that thing thats on your mind.
• Search one field to look for things in your inbox, your calendar, your archive and your To-Dos. Simply start typing what your looking for.

Sorts and Filters

• The Default page shows you recent things you have searched.
• You can narrow your focus by searching a specific phrase in Everything, or just look at the most recent records in Sent or Archive.
• The sort is by when the record was created.
• Still can't find it, filter your search further by
  • where it should be saved - eg Inbox, To-Do, Archived, Sent
  • or by the type of thing it is -eg Email, Event, or Action

Pressing Our Buttons

• Once you have found what your looking for, send it to where you want to use it, be it the inbox or at a specific time in To-Do.
