Inbox Feature Spotlight

Overview

  • Triage everything that arrives in your world thru the lens of your priorities, deferring things 'To-Do' at the right time and experience Inbox Zero with ease.
  • Our universal Inbox is where emails, calendar invites, slack DMs, action requests from your team, or random notes that you have jotted down, arrive for your consideration.
  • Designed to help you get to the bottom of what is arriving in your world, without needing you to complete the stuff that is arriving.
  • Work on important things over urgent things.

Sorts and Filters

  • Default view is “recent” things sorted by “priority” (set over on your outcome list).
  • Expand your focus as needed by clicking "All" to see everything in your inbox.
  • Change the sort to when it arrived simply by toggling to "time".

Suggested “When’s” and Suggested Outcomes.

  • Everything comes pre-tagged with the Outcome our thinks the record serves and the time we think you should do it.
  • This system puts you in the driver's seat, allowing you to decide when to do something rather than accepting the traditional defaults of email. These suggestions can be easily edited as needed.
  • To agree with the suggestions and to defer it to that time, simply hit “To-Do”. Editing the When and pressing enter will also send it to your “To-Do” page.

Pressing Our Buttons

Our large display for records is designed so that you can action most things without opening them. Hover over the record to get more context by scanning the email thread. If you need to open a record simply click on it and you'll see the expanded view. From here you can type or dictate replies, have AI improve your draft or type one for you, or listen to the record be read aloud. Here is an overview of what you can do with the quick action buttons.

  • The red “When” field and the green “Where” field are the key drivers of where thing are found across the entire system.
  • The red “When” field is smart, so throw anything in and we'll sort it out. It can handle expressions of time, e.g. ASAP and soon, or relative times like 3pm.
  • The green “Where” field shows you where the thing currently is, highlighted in dark green, and where you can send it, including to "Archive" where anything no longer required is saved for safe keeping knowing If you need it again, it will be waiting for you over on the "Find" page.
  • The Outcome field connects everything back to what you're trying to achieve.
  • RSVP allows you to reply directly to calendar invites.
  • Delete, wipes the system of any record of the thing.
  • Mute stops that sender's communications arriving to you in the place without the sender knowing. You can reverse this if needed over on the “Me” page.
  • Summary makes a short version of the thing.
  • Agreeable draft creates a short response that says yes to the questions asked.
  • Disagreeable draft creates a short response that says no to questions in a professional way.
